The Louise C. Stokes Scholar House, 2 and 3-Bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) is accepting Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 2 and 3-bedroom apartment at The Louise C. Stokes Scholar House apartments from September 7, 2023, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following property:

• The Louise C. Stokes Scholar House, located at 2551 Community College Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44114. Offering 2 and 3-bedrom units.

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Live or work within Cuyahoga County
• Mobility Demonstration Preference for families with at least one child aged 13 or younger, and who currently reside in a high poverty census tract.
• Applicants eligible for site's available supportive services that are geared towards students.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
