Santee Landing Apartments Project-Based Waiting List

The Medina Metropolitan Housing Authority (MMHA) last accepted waiting list applications for Santee Landing Apartments from December 8, 2023, until July 31, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

There were four ways to apply while the waitlist was open:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Pick up an application in person at the MMHA office.
3. Email MMHA to request an application.
4. Call MMHA to request an application.

Once the paper application was completed, it was to be:

1. Returned to the MMHA office, address mentioned above.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list.
