Family LIHTC | Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Oklahoma City Housing Authority (OCHA) Family Section 8 Project-Based Voucher/Low-Income Housing Tax Credit apartments at Sooner Haven Apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least October, 2020, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

This waiting list may have the following preferences:

• Disabled
  • Disabled person is defined as a person who is under a disability as defined in Section 223 of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. §423), or as defined in the Oklahoma City Housing Authority’s Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program’s Administrative Plan Chapter 3 Exhibit 3-1 which can be found online at www.ochanet.org.
