New Columbia Apartments Rental Assistance Demonstration and Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Home Forward (HF) is accepting Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for 4, 5 and 6-Bedroom apartments, and Rental Assistance Demonstration waiting list for 4 and 5-Bedroom apartments at New Columbia Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of January 22, 2024, until further notice.

Please note: According to HF "All units at New Columbia utilize a waitlist."

There are two ways to apply while the waitlist is open:

1. Call HF at (503) 943-5619 to request an application.
2. Email HF at [email protected] to request an application.

Once the application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Emailed to [email protected].
2. Faxed to (503) 943-5610.
3. Mailed to New Columbia Apartments, 4605 N Trenton St, Portland, OR 97203, Attn: Compliance.
4. Dropped off in person at New Columbia Apartments, address mentioned above.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
