Humboldt Gardens, LIHTC and RAD Project-Based Waiting List

The Home Forward LIHTC and RAD waiting list for 1, 2, 3, and 4-Bedroom apartments at Humboldt Gardens is closed.

Home Forward last accepted applications for this waiting list from November 30, 2022, until December 14, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

300 applicants will be placed on the 1-Bedroom waiting list, 250 applicants will be placed on the 2-Bedroom waiting list, 100 applicants will be placed on the 3-Bedroom waiting list and 50 applicants will be placed on the 4-Bedroom waiting list.
