The Home Forward Near Elderly and Disabled LIHTC and RAD waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments at Medallion Apartments is closed.

Home Forward last accepted applications for this waiting list from November 30, 2022, until December 14, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to Home Forward, "Applicants must be 55 or older or have a disability and have annual income that does not exceed 80 percent of the area median income for their family size".

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

500 applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
