Oak Creek Senior Villas Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Area Housing Authority of the County of Ventura (AHA) last accepted Senior Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Oak Creek Senior Villas on September 3, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as followed:

• 1 Person $46,500 | 5 Persons $71,750
• 2 Persons $53,150 | 6 Persons $77,050
• 3 Persons $59,800 | 7 Person $82,350
• 4 Persons $66,400

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
