Colonia Unidad Apartments and Twilight Courts Apartments Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Marion County Housing Authority (MCHA) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for Colonia Unidad Apartments and Twilight Courts Apartments from July 15, 2024, until August 15, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties:

• Colonia Unidad Apartments - Offering 2 and 3-Bedroom units.
• Twilight Courts Apartments -  Offering 1-Bedroom units for Seniors 62+ or persons with disabilities.

Preferences

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selection Process

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.

There were two ways to apply while the waitlist was open:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Complete an application in person at the MCHA office.
