Orchard Home and Prescott Gardens, Rural Development Project-Based Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Jackson County (HAJC) last accepted Rural Development waiting list applications for Orchard Home and Prescott Gardens Apartments from June 24, 2024, until July 9, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties:

• Orchard Home Apartments
• Prescott Gardens Apartments

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selection Process

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.

Application Method

There were two ways to apply while the waitlist was open:

1. Pick up an application from the HAJC office.
2. Print the paper application. 

Once the paper application was completed, it was to be:

1. Hand delivered to the HAJC office.
2. Mailed to the HAJC.
3. Faxed to HAJC.
4. Emailed to HAJC.
