Orchard View Apartments Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Orange County Housing Authority (OCHA) is now accepting applications for apartments for seniors who are experiencing homelessness. The waiting list open on August 1, 2024. The new apartments are at 8300 Valley View St., Buena Park, CA 90620, and there are eight one-bedroom units available.

These apartments are for seniors who are 62 years old or older and are experiencing homelessness. To get one of these apartments, seniors need to be part of the Special Needs Housing Program and be referred by the Orange County Coordinated Entry System (CES). CES will check if the seniors qualify before sending their information to OCHA.
