Santa Angelina Senior Apartments, 1-Bedroom Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Orange County Housing Authority (OCHA) is accepting Senior Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications on a limited basis for 1-Bedroom apartments at Santa Angelina Senior Apartments from November 13, 2023, until further notice.

Please note: According to the OCHA public notice, this waiting list is for "Individuals who are 62 years or older, experiencing homelessness, currently on OCHA’s Housing Choice Voucher waiting list."

To apply while the waitlist is open, call 2-1-1 Orange County at (888) 600-4357, ask to be connected to CES access point.

Please note: "2-1-1 staff will provide you the contact information for the provider most appropriate to your circumstances in your service area. You may need to leave a message for a call back for an assessment appointment."

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• 62+ and older
• Experiencing homelessness
• Currently on the OCHA's Housing Choice Voucher waiting list.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
