Villa St. Joseph Apartments, 1-Bedroom Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Orange County Housing Authority (OCHA) is accepting Senior Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications on a limited basis for 1-Bedroom apartments at Villa St. Joseph from April 29, 2024, until 18 applications are received.

Please note: According to the OCHA public notice, this waiting list is for "seniors’ experiencing homelessness"

To apply while the waitlist is open, call 2-1-1 Orange County at (888) 600-4357, ask to be connected to CES access point.

Please note: "2-1-1 staff will provide you the contact information for the provider most appropriate to your circumstances in your service area. You may need to leave a message for a call back for an assessment appointment."

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• 62+ and older
• Experiencing homelessness
• Currently on the OCHA's Housing Choice Voucher waiting list.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
