Kelly Hamilton Homes, Lofts at Bentley, Middle Hill Homes and Elmer Williams Square Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) waiting list for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher apartments at the communities listed below is currently closed. Pre-applications were last accepted from February 24, 2020, until until October 23, 2020. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following Project Based Voucher Site Based Communities:

• Kelly Hamilton Homes (1, 2 and 3 bedroom units only) – located in Homewood
• Lofts at Bentley (1 and 2 bedroom units only) – located in the Hill District
• Middle Hill Homes (1 bedroom units only) – located in the Hill District
• Elmer Williams Square (1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units only) – located in East Liberty

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to contact the HACP.

Once the application was completed, it must have been either:

• Submitted in person to the HACP.
• Mailed to the the HACP.
• Faxed to the HACP.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
