Limited Affordable Rental Housing Program Project-Based Waiting List

The Anaheim Housing Authority (AHA) Affordable Rental Housing Program interest list is currently open on a limited basis, since at least March, 2018, until further notice.

Please note:

• According to the AHA, "Enrollees must live and/or work in the City of Anaheim."
• According to the AHA, "The City has agreements with owners of specific units to keep rent levels below regular market rates...This is not a rental assistance program."
• The AHA Affordable Rental Housing Program offers Family, Senior and Special Needs units.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application. 
2. Open and print the paper application online. Select the "Affordable Rental Housing Interest Form" link in the "Consideration for Vacancies" section.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be either:

This waiting list has the following preferences: Live or work in the incorporated area of Anaheim.

It is not known how selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
