Pleasant Village Project-Based Waiting List

The Altoona Housing Authority (AHA) is accepting waiting list applications for Pleasant Village Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of October 9, 2023, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Pleasant Village - located at 2700 Pleasant Valley Blvd, Altoona, PA 16602. Offering 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units.

There are two ways to apply while the waitlist is open:

1. Call (814) 949-2010 to request an application.
2. Pick up an application at the Pleasant Village Office located at 2700 Pleasant Valley Boulevard, Altoona, PA 16602, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Monday-Friday.

It is not yet known how to submit the paper application after it is completed.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Veterans 
• Applicants residing within the city limits of Altoona, PA

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
