Columbia Housing (CH) last accepted Moderate Rehabilitation (Mod-Rehab) waiting list applications for 2-Bedroom apartments at Four Seasons Apartments for one day only on March 14, 2024 . There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following property:

• Four Seasons Apartments - located in Columbia, SC. Offering 2-Bedroom units.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as followed:

• 2 Persons $33,600
• 3 Persons $37,800
• 4 Persons $41,950

Preferences have not been confirmed.

300 applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery.
