Parkside at Drayton Senior Apartments Senior Waiting List

The Spartanburg Housing Authority (SHA) last accepted Senior waiting list applications for apartments at Parkside at Drayton Senior Apartments from August 21,2023, until September 8,2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

• Parkside at Drayton Senior Apartments, is located at 110 Fernwood Drive, Spartanburg, SC 29307

Please note: Applicants must be age 62 or older to apply. 

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not  been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list.
