Horizon Village (Barony Place) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The North Charleston Housing Authority last accepted Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for 3 and 4-Bedroom apartments at Horizon Village (Barony Place) from March 21, 2022, until the earliest confirmed close date of May 30, 2024 . There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
