Lake Terrace Apartments Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Johnson City Housing Authority (JCHA) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 1, 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom apartments at Lake Terrace Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of April, 2019, until the earliest confirmed close date of June 6, 2024.

Selection Process

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time of application.

Application Method

To apply while the waitlist was open, visit the JCHA office.

Once the application was completed, it was to be hand delivered to the JCHA office.

The following documents were required with the application: Photo IDs for all adult household members, Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income, bank statements, proof of marital status, contact information for current and previous landlords, and medical expense report for elderly or disabled family members.
