Cheatham Place Project-Based Waiting List

The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) last accepted waiting list applications for Studio, 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments for Cheatham Place apartments from August 28, 2023, until August 30, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following property:

• Cheatham Place. Offering Studio, 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom units.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, weighed by order of preferences.
