The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency Senior and Disabled Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for Studio and 1-Bedroom apartments at Trevecca Towers I & II is closed.

The MDHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from April 19, 2022, until May 2, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Residency - Households who live in Davidson County on the date they submit a preapplication.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
