Sycamores Terrace Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Sycamores Terrace is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from May 4, 2021 until May 11, 2021.

Please note: According to the MDHA, "In order to qualify for elderly housing, the head of household or spouse must be at least 62 years old."

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size are were available on the frequently asked questions page.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Residency - Households who live in Davidson County.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
