Parthenon Towers Elderly and Disabled Senior and Disabled Waiting List

The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) Elderly and Disabled waiting list for apartments at Parthenon Towers is closed.

The MDHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from October 27, 2021, until November 10, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the MDHA public notice, " Anyone currently on the waiting list for Parthenon Towers will need to reapply. In order to qualify for elderly and disabled housing, the head of household must be at least 62 years old or have a documented disability."

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
