Hadley Park Towers Senior and Disabled Waiting List

The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) last accepted Elderly and Disabled waiting list applications for Studio apartments at Hadley Park Towers from March 24, 2023, until April 14, 2023. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the MDHA, "In order to qualify for an elderly and disabled property, the head of household must be at least 62 years old or have a disability. In most cases, documentation of the disability is required". 

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
