Section 8 New Construction Project-Based Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Sweetwater (HAS) Section 8 New Construction waiting list for 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least February, 2020, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Pick up an application from the HAS, located at 1217 Coral Drive, Sweetwater, Texas 79556.
2. Call (325) 235-1764

There are no preferences.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
