Elderly or Disabled Project-Based Section 8 Project-Based Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Mabank (HAM) Elderly or Disabled Project-Based Section 8 waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least February, 2020, until further notice.

There are three ways to apply during the opening period: 

1. Pick up an application from the HAM, located at 200 E Jack St, Mabank, TX 75147, Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm CT. Closed the week of the third Monday.
2. Call (903) 887- 4220.
3. Send an email to [email protected].

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.

As of January, 2021, the waitlist is 1.5 to 2 years long.
