Limited Emergency Rental Assistance Program Project-Based Waiting List

The City of Arlington Housing Authority (CAHA) last accepted Limited Emergency Rental Assistance Program waiting list applications from May 22, 2023, until June 26, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: 

• Applicants must reside in Arlington
• Applicants must have income at or below 80% of the area median income (HUD Income limits)
• Applicants must have NOT received prior assistance from the City of Arlington’s Emergency Rental Assistance Program

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to pick up an application from CAHA office.

Once the paper application was completed, it was dropped off at the CAHA office, address mentioned above, within 10 business days with all required documents. 

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how selected applicants were placed on the waiting list.
