The GHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from June 9, 2022, until June 10, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application. Applications that were mailed, faxed, e-mailed, or hand delivered were not processed.
