Sunset Haven, 2-Bedroom, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Project-Based Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Brownsville (HACB) waiting list for 2-Bedroom Low-Income Housing Tax Credit apartments at Sunset Haven is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from September 9, 2019, until October 11, 2019. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list.
