Section 8 New Construction, Piney Creek North Project-Based Waiting List

The Bastrop Housing Authority (BHA) last accepted Section 8 New Construction program waiting list applications for this waiting list from January 2, 2023, until February 24, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

There were two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete an application in person at the BHA office
2. Pick up an application in person at the BHA office.

Once the paper application was completed, it was either:

1. Mailed to the BHA office
2. Hand delivered to the BHA office

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on this waiting list by the date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
