Memorial Apartments and Northside Apartments Farm Labor Housing Project-Based Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the County of Hidalgo (HACH) waiting list for Farm Labor Housing apartments at Memorial Apartments and Northside Apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least September, 2019, until further notice.

According to the HACH, "Before you can apply for housing you need to fulfill the following requirements:

• US CITIZEN or PERMANENT LEGAL RESIDENT.
• Earn at least $4,485 (In agriculture or aquaculture related work on your last income tax or current income).
• Must provide current income such as (Employment, Unemployment, Child Support, TANF, Social Security Benefits, SSI, Veterans Pension, Retirement or Self Employed).
• Minimum 18 years of age."

To apply during the opening period, open and print the application online. Select the "Download" button under the community name.
