Oak Leaf Meadows Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the County of Stanislaus (HACS) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Oak Leaf Meadows is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least September 2020, until further notice.

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $24,500 | 5 Persons $37,750
• 2 Persons $28,000 | 6 Persons $40,550
• 3 Persons $31,500 | 7 Persons $43,350
• 4 Persons $34,950 | 8 Persons $46,150

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Families who are either currently residing or employed within the City of Oakdale, and those applicants who are U.S. Veteran households.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
