Watermark Gardens, Blackwell Senior Cottages and Winchester Forest Apartments Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA) last accepted Senior Section 8 Project Based Voucher waitlist applications for Watermark Gardens, Blackwell Senior Cottages and Winchester Forest Apartments from June 24, 2024, until June 26, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties:

• Watermark Gardens - Senior 55+ and older.
• Blackwell Senior Cottages - Seniors 62+ and older.
• Winchester Forest
