The Harrisonburg Redevelopment and Housing Authority (HRHA) Section 8 New Construction waiting list for Senior (62+)/Disabled apartments at J.R. Polly Lineweaver Apartments is currently open.

The HRHA is accepting applications for this waiting list from the earliest confirmed date of March 1, 2022, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Elderly
• Disabled

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
