Magnolia Place Senior ll, 1 and 2-Bedroom Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the County of Monterey (HACM) last accepted Senior Section 8 Projected Based Voucher waiting list applications for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Magnolia Place Senior ll from May 15, 2023, until May 29, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

There were two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Pick up an application at the HACM office.

Once the paper application was completed, it was either:

1. Dropped off at the HACM office.
2. Fax to HACM
3. Postmarked and mailed to the HACM office.

It was not known how selected applicants were placed on the waiting list.
