Rental Assistance Demonstration Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority (FCRHA) last accepted Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 2-Bedroom apartments from January 8, 2024, until January 14, 2024. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waiting list was open, applicants were required to complete the online application. 

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery.
