Sumas Square, 1-Bedroom, Elderly and Disabled USDA Rural Development Housing Senior and Disabled Waiting List

The Bellingham and Whatcom County Housing Authorities (BWCHA) waiting list for 1-Bedroom USDA Rural Development Housing apartments at Sumas Square is currently open. Applications are being accepted from October 25, 2019 at 9:30 am PT, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Disabled Set Aside
  • Disabled Household is an applicant family with at least one member who has a verifiable disability.

It is not known how selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list, weighed by order of preferences.
