Multiple Properties, Senior and Disabled Senior and Disabled Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Snohomish County (HASC) is accepting Senior and Disabled Program waiting list applications from  October 20, 2023 at 12:00 am PT, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following properties:

• Hilltop House in Stanwood - located at 8001 272nd St NW, Stanwood, WA 98292
• River Vista in Arlington - located at multiple address in Arlington.
• Williow Run in Maryville - located in 4900 80th St. NE Marysville, WA 98270
• Wrobliski Manor in Arlington - located in 1210 E 5th St. Arlington, WA 98223
• Glenwood in Lake Stevens - located in 9808 4th St. NE Lake Stevens, WA 98258

Please note: According to the HASC "To apply to these properties, the head of household or spouse/partner must be 62 years of age and/or disabled."

Selection Process

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
