Warner Creek Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Marin Housing Authority (MHA) last accepted Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments at Warner Creek Senior Housing from June 3, 2024, until June 17, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following property:

• Warner Creek - Offering 1-Bedroom units.

Please note: According to the MHA, "This Project is for seniors only and the minimum age requirement is 62 years of age."

There were two ways to apply while the waitlist was open:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Print the paper application.

Once the application was completed, it was to be: Mailed to the Marin Housing Authority.
