Clareview, Near Elderly Disabled Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Spokane Housing Authority (SHA) last accepted Near Elderly and Disabled Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list for 2-Bedroom apartments at Clare View Apartments from March 25, 2024 at 8:00 am, until March 29, 2024 at 11:59 pm PST.

• Clare View - located in Spokane, WA – 2-bedroom units; Accessible

There were six ways to apply while the waitlist was open:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Print the paper application that will be available on the SHA website.
3. Complete an application in person at the SHA office.
4. Pick up an application at any of the properties locations or visiting the properties leasing offices.
5. Call SHA office to request an application
6. Email SHA to request an application.

Once the paper application was completed, it was to be either:

1. Emailed to SHA.
2. Dropped off at the dropbox at SHA office.
3. Mailed to the SHA office.
4. Dropped off at the Apartment.

This waiting list had the following preferences: Disabled and Near Elderly (55+)

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, weighed by order of preferences.
