Maria B. Freitas Senior Community Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Marin Housing Authority (MHA) last accepted Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments at Maria B. Freitas Senior Community from June 4, 2024, until August 6, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following property:

• Maria B. Freitas Senior Community- Offering 1-Bedroom units.

Please note: According to the MHA, "This Project is for seniors only and the minimum age requirement is 62 years of age."

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to pick up an application at the Maria B. Freitas leasing office.

2. Mailed to the Maria B Freitas office.
