Chelan Bluff Apartments Project-Based Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Chelan County and the City of Wenatchee (CCWHA) is accepting waiting list applications for Chelan Bluff Apartments from March 4, 2024, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Chelan Bluff - located in 1135 S Bradley Street, Chelan.

Please note: "Through March, 2024 applications will be accepted from non-qualified low-income families. Income from agriculture will not be required."

To apply while the waiting list is open, call CCWHA at (509) 663-7421.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not yet known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
