Isabella Court I and II Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Vancouver Housing Authority (VHA) waiting list for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher apartments at Isabella Court I and II is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least August 1, 2019, until further notice.

Isabella Court I is located at 3112 NE 62nd Ave, Vancouver, WA 98661.

Isabella Court II is located 3020 NE 62nd Ave, Vancouver, WA 98661.

To apply during the open period, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Isabella I all household members must be 62 years or older (a Live-in aide for a disabled person maybe under 62).
• Isabella II households must be homeless families with children at the time of admission

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
