The Meadows 1-Bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Vancouver Housing Authority (VHA) waiting list for 1-Bedroom Section 8 Project Based Voucher apartments at The Meadows is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from May 2, 2018, until an unconfirmed close date. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

The Meadows is located at 3303 NE 78th Avenue, Vancouver, WA 98662.

To apply during the open period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Homeless
• Transitioning from a shelter

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
