Sacramento Street Apartments Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Vallejo Housing Authority (VHA) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for apartments at Sacramento Street Apartments is closed. 

The VHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from July 22, 2022, until August 5, 2022; or until 1,000 applications were received. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Please note: This waiting list was also managed by Eden Housing, The Eden Housing public notice stated "Sacramento Street Apartments will be geared toward unhoused persons and unhoused families. Applicants may access computers at the John F. Kennedy Library located at 505 Santa Clara Street, Vallejo, or Springstowne Library located at 1003 Oakwood Avenue, Vallejo."

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Displaced Due to Natural Disaster
• Participant of the Temporary Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Program
• Local Resident
• Lease-in place

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
