Grand Central Plaza, New York Building and Washington Apartments, 55+ Senior Waiting List

The Superior Housing Authority (SHA) is accepting Senior 55+ waiting list applications for Grand Central Plaza, New York Building and Washington Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of December 12, 2023, until further notice.

There are four ways to apply while the waitlist is open:

1. Pick up an application from the SHA office, located at 1219 N 8th St Superior, WI  54880.
2. Call (715) 718-8150 or (715) 718-8147 to request an application, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm CT. Monday through Friday.
3. Print the paper application.
4. Complete the online application.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Returned to the SHA office, address mentioned above.
2. Faxed to 715-394-3512.
3. Emailed to [email protected].

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
