Gander Apartments Homeless and Disabled Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Waukesha Housing Authority (WHA) Homeless and Disabled Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 2-Bedroom apartments at Gander Apartments is currently open. Applications for referrals are being accepted since at least August, 2021, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application. All referrals will come through the Balance of State Continuum of Care prioritization list for Waukesha, managed by the Waukesha Housing Action Coalition.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
