Rosefield Village Project-Based Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Alameda (HACA) waiting list for Studio, 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Rosefield Village is closed.

The HACA last accepted applications for this waiting list on February 7, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

There were preferences, and they were listed on the application.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
