Silvey Villa at Homestead Apartments, 55+ Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Solano County Housing Authority (SCHA) is accepting Senior Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Silvey Villa at Homestead Apartments from August 13, 2024, until 150 applications have been received. 

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Silvey Villa at Homestead Apartments – located at 2105 Mourning Dove Drive, Dixon, CA 95620. Offering 1 and 2-bedroom units that are age-restricted to 55+ years.

Income Qualification

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $44,050 | 3 Persons $56,650
• 2 Persons $50,350 | 4 Persons $62,900

Selection Process

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.

Application Method

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application.

A computer is available to complete online applications in the SCHA office located at 40 Eldridge Ave. Suite #2, Vacaville, CA 95688 Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
