The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA) Affordable Housing waiting list for the Moderate Rehab Program and Single Room Occupancy (SRO) waiting list is currently open.

The SHRA is accepting applications for this waiting list from January 12, 2022 at 8:00 am PT, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Homeless or rent burdened
• Veteran
• Disabled
• Live or work in Sacramento County

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
